Following last week’s revelations that her husband has been having an affair with a 24-year-old, Anthea Turner has spoken about how she is feeling.
Speaking about the breakdown of her 12 year marriage, she said: 'This is hurting me so much. It’s really, really tough. I’m not sure if it’s getting easier. I’m going through a process.
'I’ve spent a lot of time thinking. It’s all playing itself out but it’s heartbreaking.
'It is hurting me like hell. That’s the best way for me to describe how I’m feeling.'
According to reports the couple met up this week to discuss their future. A source told the Sunday Mirror: 'They had a very tense meeting for about an hour. It was emotionally draining for both of them. Simply, she wanted to know why. And she wanted answers to some pretty difficult questions.
'Grant wouldn’t admit to anything or say sorry for what he had done. He still has not admitted to having an affair but has said that he got too close to Zoe.
'Anthea is speaking about the possibility of divorce. Her whole world has collapsed within a week.'
After the painful chat, Anthea jetted off to Majorca with her two stepdaughters, to celebrate Grant’s daughter Amelia’s 16th birthday.
Rather bizarrely, she is staying on her ex-husband Peter Powell’s yacht. So she’s with Grant’s kids on her first hubby’s boat, blimey, this is getting confusing, isn’t it?
