With its debut only 12 days away, eager fans got a detailed look inside the makings of "The Dark Knight Rises" with the release of its 13-minute TV spot on Saturday (July 7).
The featurette shows never-before-seen footage from the highly anticipated Christopher Nolan finale to the epic Batman trilogy that began in 2005.
The film's star, Christian Bale opens up in the clip saying, "It's the true completion. It takes everything to a whole new level."
It's been eight years since Batman was spotted in Gotham City and its time for his return in this epic tale, which also stars Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle who is also known as Catwoman, and Tom Hard y as the new villain Bane.
This film is sure to wow audiences as the "Princess Diaries" actress said, "Chris [Nolan] was able to amp up the stakes for this last movie. And we would take it to places that I don't think anyone's expecting."
"The Dark Knight Rises" opens in theaters on July 20.
