Mary Beth and Robert are avid Star Wars and movie fans (go figure, they live in Hollywood!), and they didn't disappoint with their unique themed wedding! They tied the knot at the historic (and newly renovated) John Marshall Hotel in downtown Richmond, Virginia, with nearly 200 guests watching what the wedding party called an "epic" ceremony. What makes for an epic wedding ceremony, you ask?
The couple kicked things off with a big screen video montage of some of the most famous wedding scenes from movies of every e ra. Once the montage was finished, the lights came on again, and the bride was escorted down the aisle by her Dad, to the operatic tune of Star Wars. How's that for original?!
Mary Beth and Robert's Virginia wedding did hit a vintage high note as well. The bride wore her mother's wedding dress (with a few alterations and embellishments to fit her own style and personality), and her wedding ring was crafted from diamonds and sapphires from both sides of the family.
