According to "Page Six," the Carlyle Group's managing director is buying a townhouse downtown, but, a source adds, "We are told they're not officially moving in together — they both think it's too early for that." The gossip column then likens Sarkozy to Alec Baldwin, "following the trend of older men moving downtown to satisfy the tastes of their younger, more energetic girlfriends." We hope, for everyone's sake, that there's no punching involved; however, walking around wearing a bedsheet — that's always hysterical.
