Once a rising star has made her impact on the film critics, the offers of fashion contracts start rolling in - Mila Kunis was snapped up by Dior shortly after her devastating performance in Black Swan - and now Jessica Chastain has posed for Yves Saint Laurent's new fragrance, Manifesto.

An image leaked online shows the flame-haired actress heavily made up with deep red lips and her hands covered in purple paint.
"Yves Saint Laurent is a brand that inspires me deeply" said the Oscar-nominated star when she was announced as the label's new face last month. "Since its creation, the brand has conveyed strong values that I cherish, such as an unwavering commitment, absolute love and feminine audacity. This new fragrance is an emblem of it all."
35-year-old Chastain has a fondness for vintage YSL pieces, having been snapped in decades-old creations several times on the red carpet. No doubt she will be getting first dibs - along with fellow YSL spokesmodel Emily Blunt - on the debut collections by new creative director Raf Simons, which will be unveiled in October.
