With the popularity of websites like Etsy rapidly increasing, incorporating handmade or DIY items into the big day has become a growing wedding trend over the last few years. Whether you decide to go all in with a one-of-a-kind handmade wedding theme or prefer to inject just a few pieces into your wedding to personalize the day, here are four ideas to get you started:
Wedding invitations, save-the-dates or ceremony programs. By purchasing handmade invitations, you’ll put a unique spin on the first piece of wedding décor guests will see before the big day. Going this route may also lend itself to more eco-friendly options. If you’re the creative or crafty type, you can even create your own invites and put them together yourself.
